- Isn't this just data cleansing?
- No — cleansing is the floor, not the point. Making your data legal and live (TPS/CTPS screening, HLR to strip dead numbers) is table stakes, and we include it. The value is what comes after: telling you which of that clean, live data actually makes money, and which of it you should stop dialling. A cheap screening tool can't do that; it takes someone who has run a floor.
- Is our data safe?
- Yes, and it's the first thing we lock down. We work under an NDA as standard, over read-only access (a read-only database user or a screen-share on your own login), and we delete all your data from our side once the work is done. We only need the operational tables, access is over SSH or VPN, and your credentials are yours to revoke at any point.
- Do we have to move our dialler to you?
- No. A review works on whatever you already run, and ongoing management runs on your existing platform too. If a migration turns out to be the right answer we'll say so — but it's never a condition.
- What makes Telebyte able to judge our floor?
- We run omni-channel contact centres, and have done for over 20 years, including a live floor today — screening our own data against the TPS every month, across five dialler platforms vendor-side, in-house and under management. The report tells you what we'd change if it were our floor, because it's the same analysis we run on ours.
- How long does a review take?
- Once we have access, a first report is usually back within a few working days. A busier floor with more history to read takes a little longer, and we'll tell you up front.
