Omni-channel contact centres · 20+ years · a live floor we run today

Your contact centre could be selling a lot more.

We connect to your dialler, read the data, and tell you exactly where the sales are leaking — then hand you the fix or run it for you. Whatever platform you’re on.

  • Sales left on the table — most floors could produce far more from the data they already hold
  • Agents burning through leads faster than they need to
  • Live inbound calls being missed
  • Existing data never worked properly — free rework sales sitting in it

How a review works

Read-only, under NDA, no disruption to the floor. We read; we don’t rummage — and we delete it all afterwards.

  1. 01

    Read-only access, NDA in place

A read-only database user, or a screen-share on your own login, under an NDA as standard. Nothing is changed, and we never touch a live campaign without asking.

  2. 02

    We read the data

ViciDial, Asterisk, or an export from whatever you run. Agent logs, call logs, lists, dispositions, callbacks — the same tables we read on our own floor every day.

  3. 03

    You get the money map

A plain report: where the data and the floor are leaking, ranked by what it's costing you, with the fix spelled out. The handful of things that actually move the number.

  4. 04

You action it, or we do — then we delete

A call to agree what to do first, then you run with it, we watch it monthly, or we run the floor for you. Either way we delete all your data afterwards.

When we look at someone’s data, the same things jump out

None of it shows up in the reports anyone’s actually watching. All of it is costing you sales right now.

In your data

Where the money hides — and our real speciality.

  • Agents wasting or hoarding data
  • Unrealised hidden data — unsaturated lists, buried callbacks, missing resets and recycle rules
  • List priorities and dial rates set for maximum sales, not habit
  • Your best data dialled at the wrong time — the list that only lands after 4pm, burned through at 10am
  • Data best practice — what to dial, when and where, and how many agents to put on it

On your floor

The agent behaviour the dashboards miss.

  • Live sales missed, inbound and outbound
  • Good leads killed by a wrong disposition — marked ‘do not call’ on a call that never connected
  • Callbacks booked to an agent who left months ago, quietly never delivered
  • An agent hanging up on inbound to protect their own outbound numbers
  • Idle and pause time, talk-vs-wrap outliers and adherence gaps — by agent, not by gut feel

Clean data is the floor, not the point

Getting your data legal and live is included: we screen against the TPS and CTPS (we hold and buy the full list every month for our own floor) and run HLR checks to strip dead and ported numbers. That keeps you the right side of Ofcom, lifts your dial speeds and efficiency, and stops you paying to dial numbers that were never going to answer.

But a cheap screening tool can do the compliance bit. What it can’t do is tell you which of that clean, live data actually makes money, and which of it you should stop dialling. That’s the part that pays for itself, and it’s the part we’re expert at.

Three ways to work with us

Start with a single review, keep us on to watch the numbers, or hand the whole thing over. Same offer whatever dialler you run. Prices on the page; VAT excluded.

Read-only access

We read; we never write to your system.

Data deleted after

Your data is wiped from our side once the work is done.

NDA as standard

Signed before we look at anything.

Works with what you already run

ViciDial and Asterisk are read directly. For the others we’ve run and supported over 20+ years, a review works from your standard reports and exports. You don’t change anything to find out where you stand.

  • ViciDial
  • Asterisk
  • Amcat / Noble
  • Touchstar
  • Ultra
  • Onstate
  • In-house / other (by export)

Already thinking about moving platform? Hosted ViciDial is the other side of this — a review is the low-commitment way to start the conversation.

Frequently asked questions

Isn't this just data cleansing?
No — cleansing is the floor, not the point. Making your data legal and live (TPS/CTPS screening, HLR to strip dead numbers) is table stakes, and we include it. The value is what comes after: telling you which of that clean, live data actually makes money, and which of it you should stop dialling. A cheap screening tool can't do that; it takes someone who has run a floor.
Is our data safe?
Yes, and it's the first thing we lock down. We work under an NDA as standard, over read-only access (a read-only database user or a screen-share on your own login), and we delete all your data from our side once the work is done. We only need the operational tables, access is over SSH or VPN, and your credentials are yours to revoke at any point.
Do we have to move our dialler to you?
No. A review works on whatever you already run, and ongoing management runs on your existing platform too. If a migration turns out to be the right answer we'll say so — but it's never a condition.
What makes Telebyte able to judge our floor?
We run omni-channel contact centres, and have done for over 20 years, including a live floor today — screening our own data against the TPS every month, across five dialler platforms vendor-side, in-house and under management. The report tells you what we'd change if it were our floor, because it's the same analysis we run on ours.
How long does a review take?
Once we have access, a first report is usually back within a few working days. A busier floor with more history to read takes a little longer, and we'll tell you up front.

Show us your data. We’ll show you the money.

Tell us what you run and roughly how many seats. One working day to a straight answer on what a review would find and cost.
