The dialler,and the proofit behaved.
Hosted ViciDial and Asterisk for regulated UK outbound — plus the transcription, reporting and screening a regulator asks you to produce afterwards. Run on our own eight-agent floor before it runs on yours.
Hosted and managed diallers
ViciDial and Asterisk on infrastructure we run, with SIP trunking, failover and call recording that satisfies FCA retention. Migrations from Amcat/Noble, Touchstar, Ultra and Onstate, without a silent weekend.
Transcription and sentiment
Whisper transcription tuned for UK accents, sentiment scored line by line, full-text search across the whole archive. Find the call, not the folder it is in.
Reporting managers act on
Live wallboards, per-agent connect rates, lead-provider scorecards and an automated morning digest. Numbers delivered rather than buried in a dashboard nobody opens.
Compliance, on by default
TPS and CTPS screening, HLR validation, and Ofcom drop-rate evidence written as it happens. Ofcom removed the 3% safe harbour in 2017 — this is what replaced it.

Asked often
Can you move us off our current dialler without downtime?
Usually yes. The pattern is to build alongside, port a single campaign, run both for a week, then cut over. Where a carrier tie-in forces a hard switch we say so before you commit.
Do we have to use your hosting?
No. Self-managed means we build and configure on your infrastructure and hand you the keys. It costs less and you keep the option to walk away, which is rather the point of open source.
Is 3% still the abandoned-call limit?
No. Ofcom removed the 3% safe harbour in 2017 and now treats abandoned and silent calls as potential persistent misuse regardless of rate. What matters is evidencing what you actually did.
Tell us what is going wrong.
One working day to a straight answer, and a plain one if the answer is that we are not the right people.
