Pillar three · custom software

The systemthat does notexist yet.

CRM, customer-facing sites and bespoke software for UK insurance, finance and claims firms — built by the person who will also be running it a year later.

01

GoHighLevel, properly configured

Pipelines, automations, agent permissions, dashboards and off-site backup. GoHighLevel has no native full backup, which most firms discover at the worst possible moment.

02

Sites wired to the business

Next.js sites that talk to your CRM and your insurer's API, rather than a contact form that emails an inbox nobody reads. Fast, accessible, and yours.

03

Integrations built to order

Underwriting platforms, insurer feeds, reconciliation against provider spreadsheets. The unglamorous plumbing that removes a person's whole morning.

04

Reporting nobody else will build

If the number you need does not exist in any product you own, it can usually be produced from data you already hold. That is most of what we do.

Asked often

Will we be locked in?

No. Code is yours, hosting is in your own accounts where you want it, and the scoping document is yours even if you take it elsewhere.

How small is too small?

A day of work is a sensible floor. Below that you are paying more in meetings than in build, and we will usually say so.

Who actually writes it?

Gary does. Telebyte is deliberately small, so the person who scopes it is the person who builds it and the person who fixes it later.

Tell us what is going wrong.

One working day to a straight answer, and a plain one if the answer is that we are not the right people.
